Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CD117 on Expi293 cells transfected with human CD117 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD117 mAb (orb1743108). (A) orb1743108 does not bind to A431 cells that do not express CD117. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743108 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD117-expressing TT cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743108 to CD117. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
