Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CD114 mAb (orb1173998). (A) orb1173998 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD114. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1173998 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD114-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1173998 to CD114. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
