B7H6 protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-B7H6 on Expi293 cells transfected with human B7H6 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human B7-H6 mAb (orb1173997). (A) orb1173997 does not bind to MM1.S cells that do not express B7-H6. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1173997 was seen compared to the control when incubated with B7-H6-expressing K562 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1173997 to B7-H6. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
