Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 22kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. orb1247844 (1 ug/ml) staining of Human Brain (Substantia nigra) lysate (35 ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
