Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with ZNF219 antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
Western blot analysis of anti-ZNF219 Antibody (N-term) in 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane).ZNF219 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Western blot analysis of lysate from SH-SY5Y cell line, using ZNF219 Antibody (N-term). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35 ug.
Western blot analysis of lysate from human heart tissue, using ZNF219 Antibody (N-term). Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35 ug.
