  Methods: To evaluate the ability of Zanolimumab to induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) via natural killer (NK) cells, we conducted in vitro cytotoxicity assays using NK cells as effector cells and CD4⁺ T cells as target cells. Results: We found that Zanolimumab was highly effective in promoting the killing of CD4⁺ T cells, inducing significant specific lysis at a concentration of 10 ng/mL. Moreover, at both 10 and 100 ng/mL, Zanolimumab showed a stronger cytotoxic effect on the CD45RO⁺ subset than on the CD45RA⁺ subset.
