Cell Cytotoxicity Assay Cell line: RAW264.7, HepG2 Concentration: 0.1-30 μM Incubation time: 24 h. Result: Showed no cytotoxicity when tested at 30 μM in either RAW264.7 or HepG2 cells. Cell Autophagy Assay Cell line: BMDM. Concentration: 10 μM. Incubation time: 6 h. Result: Enhanced efferocytosis compared to vehicle treated BMDM at 10 μM.
