Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  At a concentration of 0.0001 μg/mL, Vixarelimab (KPL-716) induces an increase in MCP-1/CCL2 levels in human epidermal keratinocytes (HEK) and human dermal fibroblasts (HDF). However, at concentrations of 0.001 μg/mL or higher, there is a significant decrease in MCP-1/CCL2 levels in both cell types. Pre-treatment with Vixarelimab (KPL-716) (0.0001-0.1 μg/mL) reduces MCP-1/CCL2 levels in both HEK and HDF cells induced by Oncostatin M (OSM) and OSM + IL-4. The maximum effect is observed at concentrations of 0.01 μg/mL and 0.1 μg/mL.
