VDR Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control (left histogram). FITC-conjugated donkey-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Western blot analysis of lysates from PC-3, LNCaP cell line (from left to right), using VDR Antibody (Center). Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
