Tyrosinase Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of A375 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of Tyrosinase Antibody (C-term) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Tyrosinase Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skin tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of Tyrosinase Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of Tyrosinase antibody (C-term) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). Tyrosinase (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
