Immunoperoxidase staining of formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded human cerebellum tissue showing cytoplasmic staining of purkinje cells and nuclear staining of cells in molecular layer.

Tuj1 antibody at 1/500 dilution, Lysates at 50 µg per lane. Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1294249 overnight at 4°C.
