Western blot analysis of TRPM8 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal TRPM8 Antibody (Center R536).293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the TRPM8 gene (Lane 2).

Western blot analysis of lysate from human brain tissue lysate, using TRPM8 Antibody (Center R536). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35 ug.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with TRPM8 antibody (Center R536), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
