Western blot (WB) of total cell extracts from (a,c) human Jurkat, (b,d) mouse thymus, using 2 independent Abs against 2 distinct regions of TET2 at RT for 2 h.

IP-WB. Total extracts from mouse thymus were immunoprecipitated (IP) with (a) IgG or (b) anti-TET2 (Orb67237); followed by WB with monoclonal anti-TET2 (Orb66693) at RT for 2 h.

ChIP-WB. IP was performed with cross-linked mouse thymus extracts under chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) conditions, using (a) IgG or (b) anti-TET2 (Orb67237); followed by WB with anti-TET2 (Orb67234) at RT for 2 h.
