Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 44 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
