Description

SZL P1-41 is a selective skp2 inhibitor that disrupts Skp2-SCF E3 ligase assembly and activity, blocking p27 and Akt ubiquitination in vitro and in vivo. It induces cell senescence, inhibits glycolysis, and demonstrates antitumor efficacy by suppressing the survival of cancer and cancer stem cells in various preclinical models.
