Precipitating polyclonal swine antiserum to Rabbit IgG, heavy and light chains. In immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal human serum; as bridging reagent in a peroxidase antiperoxidase technique using R/PAP; to prepare an immuno- adsorbent for the production of Ig-free rabbit serum, plasma or non-Ig preparations.
