  Biotin Conjugated Anti-Streptavidin Antibody has been tested by dot blot and is suitable to be assayed by ELISA for the detection of streptavidin in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase as a reporter. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:400,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimization of the concentration in immunoassays should be performed by the researcher. Reconstitution Buffer: Restore with deionized water (or equivalent). Reconstitution Volume: 1.0 mL
