• Dilution range: Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline try at; IHC-P: Use a concentration of 5 µg/ml. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 before commencing with IHC staining protocol WB: 1µg/ml staining in HeLa (0.1µg/ml) staining in HepG2. Detects a band of approximately 42 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 35 kDa) ICC/IF: 1/100 on paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton.
