  Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 110kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 80.3kDa according to Mouse NP_062786.1). Preliminary testing also showed a band at approx 120xkDa in Fetal Mouse Brain lysate. The observed molecular weights correspond to different antibodies in the literature and from other commercial sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
