Precipitating polyclonal sheep antiserum to guinea pig immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and IgM, heavy and light chains. In immunoelectrophoresis and single and double radial immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify and measure immunoglobulins; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal guinea pig serum.
