Western Blot Validation of SARS Nucleocapsid Antibody. Lane 1: 50 ng, Lane 2: 25 ng, Lane 3: 15 ng, Lane 4: 10 ng, Lane 5: 5 ng and Lane 6: 2.5 ng of SARS-CoV N protein probed with SARS Nucleocapsid Antibody, orb1274139, at 1:1000 dilution and 4 ˚C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37 ˚C.
