Western blot analysis of RPL18A Antibody (C-term) in 293, mouse NIH-3T3 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). RPL18A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
RPL18A Antibody (C-term) flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with RPL18A Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
All lanes: Anti-RPL18A Antibody (C-term) at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate. Lane 2: MOLT-4 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane.
