RFC2 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometry analysis of K562 cells (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Rat lung, taken with 40x objective. Immunohistochemistry with RFC2 Antibody (N-term), 1:200 dilution, counter stained with Hematoxylin. Positive cells identified with arrows. Av-Alveoli, Br-Bronchus, Pa-Pulmonary Artery.
All lanes: Anti-RFC2 Antibody (N-term) at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: K562 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: Hela whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 39 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
