Detection of human MSH2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HEK293T, HeLa, K-562, RKO, and U2OS cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-MSH2 recombinant monoclonal antibody (orb1519706) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG.
