Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to goat immunoglobulins, heavy and light chains. In immunoelectrophoresis and single and double radial immunodiffusion (Mancini, Ouchterlony) to identify and measure immunoglobulins; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal goat serum.
