  Peroxidase Conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Chicken IgY is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions are as follows, ELISA 1:35,000 - 1:150,000, Western Blot 1:3,500 - 1:15,000, Immunohistochemistry 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user).

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Chicken IgY and Chicken Serum.
