Detection of mouse Beta-2-adaptin by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (25 µg) from NIH 3T3, CH27, BW5147.3, CT26, and TCMK-1 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Beta-2-adaptin antibody (orb1522465) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Detection of human Beta-2-adaptin by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from GaMG, HEK293T, U2OS, and HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Beta-2-adaptin antibody (orb1522465) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Detection of human Beta-2-adaptin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Beta-2-adaptin antibody (orb1522465) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Beta-2-adaptin was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (orb1522465) and a second antibody against a different epitope of Beta-2-adaptin.
