  METHODS: PY-60 (5 mg/kg, intravenous injection, 24 hours) was administered to mice, and the changes in plasma levels in mice were evaluated and the intrinsic clearance in mice was measured. RESULTS The half-life (T1/2) was 0.46 h, and the AUC0-24 was 623 ng*h/mL. At the same time, PY-60 showed a rapid clearance rate (133 mL/min/kg).

  METHODS: PY-60 (20µM, 24 hours) treated 293A cells, and immunoblot analysis of PP2CA-V5 was performed on material obtained by anti-FLAG immunoprecipitation from cells overexpressing ANXA2-FLAG. RESULTS In 293A cells treated with PY-60, the association between ANXA2 and PPP2CA increased significantly.
