Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostata carcinoma tissue reacted with PXN Antibody (Y118), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of PXN (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal PXN Antibody (Y118). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with PXN gene (Lane 2).

All lanes: Anti-PXN Antibody (Y118) at 1:1000 dilution. Lane 1: A431 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: MCF-7 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 65 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
