| Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PRMT2 is a member of the protein arginine N-methyltransferase family. It is highly expressed in androgen target organs. It participates as a co-activator of the androgen receptor (AR)-mediated transactivation. Additionally, it inhibits NF-kappa-B transcription and promotes apoptosis. |

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue reacted with PRMT1 antibody (C-term K342), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

PRMT1 Antibody (C-term K342) western blot analysis in mouse Neuro-2a cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the PRMT1 antibody detected the PRMT1 protein (arrow).

Western blot analysis of anti-PRMT1 Antibody (C-term K342) in Hela cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). PRMT1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
