Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue reacted with SNK Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

The anti-SNK C-term Pab is used in Western blot to detect SNK in PMA-treated Pam212 cell lysate (lane 1) and rat testis tissue lysate (lane 2).
