Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PLCE1 also known as PLC epsilon1 and Phospholipase C epsilon1, whose expression can be detected broadly everywhere except in peripheral blood leukocytes but is ubiquitously and abundantly expressive during heart failure. It is found in the cytosol. It can extensively be involved in various biological processes like phosphatidylinositol phospholipase C activity and signal transducer activity downstream of receptor. This protein can also act as an effector of heterotrimeric and small G-protein and it may play a role in cell survival, cell growth, actin organization and T-cell activation.
