Western blot analysis of PLA2G6 Antibody (Center) in HepG2 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). PLA2G6 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of PLA2G6 Antibody (Center) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

PLA2G6 Antibody (Center) flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.

PLA2G6 Antibody (Center) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded testis carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the PLA2G6 Antibody (Center) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
