Western blot analysis of anti-PI4K2A Antibody (N-term D2) in mouse brain tissue lysates (35 ug/lane). PI4KII (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Western blot analysis of anti-PI4K II Pab in HL60 cell lysate. PI4K II (arrow) was detected using purified Pab. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.

Anti-PI4K II Antibody (C-term) at 1:8000 dilution + human kidney lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 54 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
