Western blot analysis of PHYH Antibody in MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle reacted with PHYH Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Western blot analysis of PHYH using rabbit polyclonal PHYH Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the PHYH gene.
