  Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.Western Blot:Experiments gave bands at approx 25kDa and 37kDa in Human Brain (Cerebellum) lysates after 1µg/mL antibody staining. The 37kDa band corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Boucherot et al, Nephrol Dial Transplant. 2002 Jun;17(6):978-84; PMID: 12032185). This protein has a calculated MW of 24.9kDa according to NP_006465.3. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/mL.
