The anti-PBP Pab is used in Western blot to detect PBP in HeLa cell lysate.

Western blot analysis of anti-PBP Pab in Y79 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). PBP (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with PBP antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
