• Application notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 14-15kDa band observed in Human (Cerebellum) Brain lysates (calculated MW of 12.1kDa according to NP_002845.1). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Approx 10-12kDa band also observed in Rat Skeletal Muscle and in Rat Heart cells transfected with human PVALB, but not in untransfected Rat Heart cells.
