Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. esophagus section using p53 Antibody (Sumoylation Site Specific). Diluted at 1:100 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.

TP53 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in 293 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the TP53 antibody detected the TP53 protein (arrow).

All lanes: Anti-Sumo-site Antibody (p53) at 1:2000 dilution. Lane 1: A431 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: HT-29 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 43 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
