Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  METHODS: The OCI-AML-1 cell line, OCI-AML-5 cell line and K562 cell line were treated with Oligomycin (0.025-500 nM) for 4 days to detect the inhibition of cell growth. RESULTS: Bleomycin hydrochloride inhibited the growth of the OCI-AML-1 cell line (IC50=0.05 nM), the OCI-AML-5 cell line (IC50=0.1 nM), and the K562 cell line (IC50=0.05 nM).
