Western blot analysis of NUP155 antibody (N-term) in HL60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). NUP155 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

(LEFT) Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with NUP155 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. (RIGHT) Flow cytometric analysis of 293 cells using NUP155 Antibody (N-term) (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram).
