Description

NS-2028 is a potent and selective soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC) inhibitor, used to study nitric oxide signaling. It effectively blocks cGMP formation in vitro and inhibits NO-mediated smooth muscle relaxation. This compound is also applied in angiogenesis research, where it reduces VEGF-induced vascular permeability.
