Positive signal with 2µg/ml antibody. IF: Cells are fixed in 2 % paraformaldehyde in PBS, optionally followed by methanol/aceton fixation (Ref 1-6) IP: 1-2 ug per 100-500 ug of total protein (1 ml of cell lysate)
