Western blot analysis of NDUFS4 Antibody in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney carcinoma reacted with NDUFS4 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.

Flow cytometric analysis of ATDC5 cells using NDUFS4 Antibody (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
