Western blot testing of human brain lysate with CDH2 antibody. Predicted molecular weight ~100 kDa (unmodified), 125-140 kDa (modified).

IHC testing of FFPE mouse heart tissue with CDH2 antibody. Required HIER: boil tissue sections in 10mM Tis with pH 9 1mM EDTA for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
