Western blot analysis of anti-MYT1 Antibody (C-term) in HL60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MYT1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).
All lanes: Anti-MYT1 Antibody (C-term) at 1:500 dilution. Lane 1 Mouse testis lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/15000 dilution. Observed band size: 55kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
