Vaults may also play a role in nucleo-cytoplasmic transport. Down-regulates IFNG-mediated STAT1 signaling and subsequent activation of JAK. IHC staining of FFPE human breast carcinoma with recombinant MVP antibody (clone MJVP-1R). HIER: boil tissue sections in pH9 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA for 10-20 min and allow to cool before testing.
