Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of mTOR (FRAP1) Antibody (S2481) with Hela cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with FRAP1-pS2481, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of FRAP1 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal FRAP1 Antibody (S2481). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the FRAP1 gene (Lane 2).

All lanes: Anti-FRAP1 Antibody (pS2481) at 1:2000 dilution. Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate. Lane 2: K562 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 289 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
