MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human Lung carcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Western blot analysis of MTHFD1 Antibody (Center P550) in Y79 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). MTHFD1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
