Western blot analysis of lysate from mouse C2C12 cell line, using Myocd Antibody (C-term). Diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20 ug.
Anti-Myocd Antibody (Cterm) at 1:2000 dilution + C2C12 whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 101 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
